I will pay the yearly contribution fee: € 50 (=ca. UK £45 / US $ 50), to be deposited on ISCOWA´s bank account (tick one payment option). After submission of the form we will send you an invoice with instructions how to pay.(required)

I will pay € 50 for one calendar year I will pay € 135 for three consecutive years (this is a 10% discount)
